Grown as an insecure loner, as Mzee Boniface Byanyima once put it, the arm rotting dictator has been thriving on chaos and became a cancer to innocent Ugandans who have borne the blunt of his 35 years of terror, impunity and thuggery. As an instigator by DNA despot Museveni spread it all over the region.   

Those conversant with status of things in the Matooke Republic might very well recall how many of its sectors are dilapidated while others have been dormant for years. We all know how corruption is king in the Matooke Republic, while education systems are run down, as well as hospitals; how police sleep in dilapidated pig sties; how deplorable the road networks are, and so endlessly on.

It is not open secret that because of cancerous Museveni, there is an unmatched nepotism, deep-rooted tribalism and regionalism, undeveloped local administrative regions, rampant insecurity, smuggling, and so many other social ills. Worse of all is despot Museveni’s attempts to export all these problems to neighboring countries, so as to make the entire region look like the failed Matooke Republic!

Years of evidence have shown that the EAC’s biggest problem is despot Museveni, and his endless meddling into the internal affairs of neighboring countries. Senile Museveni is the same curse that self-claimed to be regional dean on integration which has never been successful. Everything he touches turns into chaos and often bloodshed, no single leader has ever wished to associate with him, no one wants to jeopardize or risk his integrity. 

Forget the posturing of deploying his unprofessional gang of thugs in uniforms commonly known as UPDF to DRC as a pretext of fighting ADF. A reminder that ADF is his own creation, purposely created to use as a scapegoat for his crimes. It is no longer a secret that inept despot Museveni went to Congo to loot and locate avenues which he can use to destabilize neighboring countries. Specifically, Rwanda. 

As of now there is no need to ponder farther on why the bloody dictator is in Congo, Uganda’s economy is in tatters and the unbearable debts are piling like never before. To that effect Uganda national assets like Entebbe Airport is about to be attached to Chinese property because Museveni failed to reimburse the loan. The only thing that can give Museveni a hope to servicing the loans is to be in DRC and loot as much as he wants.  

Just so CMI propagandists know and internalize, tyrant Museveni is a regional cancer that exploits and inflame conflicts for his own and his inner circle’s benefit. He is a manipulator that preempts western interests and exploits them, not only to shield himself from international contempt but also, to impose himself on Ugandans.
