In French there is a famous saying that “he who steals an egg, can steal a cow”. For those who thought inept despot Museveni, the record breaking thief of presidential elections, would fear stealing local governments, they probably don’t know the hooligan that rules Matooke Republic. 

They say old habits die hard and stealing of votes by inept diaper wearing dictator Museveni has just been culmination of what he used to do since time immemorial. Who does not recall how, during the bush-war, Museveni and his hitmen used to attack and rob banks in places like Kabare and Ntungamo? Who doesn’t recall how Museveni was on record saying how he used to steal children’ milk? 

What has just happened in Kayunga by-election is a typical demonstration of tyranny and how dictator Museveni has made Uganda a ‘dumbocracy’ state ruled on repugnant and repulsive systems. 

That is inept despot Yoweri Museveni, the migrant who came to Uganda as a beggar to steal, repress and kill Ugandans. He will remain an experienced thug who holds Ugandans by firm grip of power.
