The inept leader of Matooke Republic is an ardent warmonger and it is not something he has just started to entertain. It is his life story, like he calls himself Ssabalwanyi. Those who know him remember, sometimes back in his speech to Makerere students (1969), how he passionately argued that war was the highest form of political struggle and could only be conducted by political fighters. 

The highly militarized speech at Makerere then spelt out dictator Museveni’s beliefs of waging war against anything, not as the last resort to a problem at play but a prime decision that necessitates an immediate execution. Such kind of beliefs and decisions have often put lives of NRA soldiers at stake. 

If you see him feigning all reasons to be in DRC by deploying UPDF, arguing that he seeks to eradicate a threatening ADF (a rebel group the dictator himself created) let it be very clear that the Matooke Republic ruler is looking for nothing but a principal vehicle for the pursuit of his ambitions of destabilizing the region and the application of his cancerous political ideas.
