A famous saying goes that “there is no smoke without fire.” Sometimes back there was a social media uproar that senile Museveni might have died, because he had not appeared on TV, like he used to, nor had he attended any event where members of the public would see him. 

While it might be a wish of many to see that cancer stricken skull dead, to breathe a sigh of relief, the octogenarian dictator is alive but not that much healthy. As of now he is a sanctuary of so many diseases that include three types of cancer “carcinoma, laryngeal and leukemia.” Those who live with him know very well what it means to house all these troubles. 

In 2015, there were media stories that his hand was rotting and being eaten away by cancer, it is indeed true his arm has been disintegrating but it is not yet chopped. He was recently flown out of the country and underwent chemotherapy but who knows, the hand might be amputated anytime from now. 

The steroid injected leader would be no more today if innocent Ugandans was not footing a medical bill worth his UGX 200 million a month, for the cancerous leader to be in a working shape, even when he is a living dead.
