Dear citizens of Banana republic, it has been identified that Museveni who benefits in multiple ways from a permanently weak South Sudan in perpetual conflict has actively worked hard to fuel that conflict. 

According to the Germany state broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW), On November 29, 2018, a news story published got published under the headline “Uganda’s double game in South Sudan civil war revealed.” The story revealed that “despite its role as peace maker in neighboring South Sudan, Uganda has been among the clandestine suppliers of weapons to both sides of the bloody civil war.” It was also revealed that the arms supply was in violation of the arms embargo adopted on July 2018 by UN Security Council and a parallel one by the EU on South Sudan.

“The diversion of weapons appears to have taken place without the knowledge of the original exporters and may have breached end use and non-retransfer condition of sale,” the story quotes London-based Conflict Armament Research (CAR).

Almost half a million people have been killed in the civil war that started on December 15, 2013, continuing on and off ever since, until the recent ceasefire agreement and power sharing deal. 

What is strange is how people don’t realize that inept despot Museveni has never wished well the region, he is a cancerous possessed leader thriving on chaos and civil wars.
