God knows what the brave and courageous writer Kankwenza Rukirabashaija is currently undergoing at Mbuya torture dungeon. Since his abduction yesterday, nobody, not his legal counsel, not even a member of his family has managed to access of him. No one knows whether he is alive or dead. 

Being a brilliant lawyer and a writer, Rukerabashaija, devoted his time to fight inept Museveni’s junta regime by a barrel of pen. Since last year, illiterate and intellectually constipated minions of the regime have been on his neck, monitoring his moves and his social media engagements, because they hate the truth. It was just yesterday that he was bundled into famous drones and whisked away by SFC thugs for unknown charges. 

A reminder that when he was in prison last year around this time, Rukirabashaija went through a lot. He was tortured almost to death through hanging, waterboarding, beatings, injections of with unknown substances, some of which damaged his kidneys and other internal organs. Up to know Rukirabashaija was still going some treatments. 

Looking at how vicious he was abducted yesterday by inept Kandiho’s thugs, one doesn’t need to think twice that he might be sub-conscious or even dead. The animosity and brutality of Chief Assassin Kandiho’s men in uniforms might not leave him alive this time round. 

If we say that Matooke Republic is not a country but an open prison, that is what we mean, critics are repressed, thrown into jail, tortured and sometimes killed.
