If we tell you Matooke republic is the junkyard of corruption and inept arm-rotting dictator doesn’t care about the people he rules, we don’t mince our words. As of now, there are 21 million doses of Covid vaccines that have expired without being administered due to lousy administration procedures and rampant corruption. 

According to analysis by regional experts, Uganda has so far administered 11.3 million doses of the 32.09 million received since March this year. And to be specific if Matooke republic lags behind other regional EAC countries to dispense vaccines. 

While other countries have cited various reasonable issues relating to supply of vaccines, for Uganda it has been lack of refrigeration, syringes and disgruntled health workers who are not motivated to undertake government programs full of mismanagements and embezzlement. 

A reminder that mid this year, IMF extended a credit facility and Covid relief fund worth USD 250 million to Uganda, but the junta cronies used the money for personal gains, while the rest went to buy teargas, military tanks and ammunition to go fight an invisible enemy (ADF) in DR Congo. 

Prior to that, crooks at Ministry of Health including Dr Jane Aceng and her Permanent Secretary Diana Atwinee, had connived with dimwitted scientists to manufacture a substandard medicine by the names of COVIDEX seeking to fleece money out of ordinary Ugandans, but the thing died a natural death. 

Covid management in Uganda is the worst thing to have befell its citizens and blame the cancer-stricken and arm rotting dictator Museveni to be behind it.
