Dear citizens of Matooke Republic, we have ever told you about the purchase of arms by NRA in 1980s and how a large chunk of money that was used to procure them came from Burundi as a loan, sanctioned by then President Jean Baptiste Bagaza. We have equally told you how corrupt Museveni failed to reimburse that loan when he ascended to power but chose, instead, to create chaos in Burundi to overthrow Bagaza through Pierre Buyoya. 

As of now that loan has accumulated humongous interests and never has been written off by the Bank of Burundi (BRB). Yet, it is the money Burundi government can use to lift some of its people out of perpetual poverty. Forget the empty promises of inept despot Museveni dreaming of building a contouring road between Burundi and Uganda to bypass Rwanda, it will all end as a hot-air. In fact, if deceitful Museveni landed another opportunity to destabilize Burundi for own benefits he won’t think twice. 

Burundi is not the only country Museveni owes huge amount of money, he has impending $10 billion fine in reparations for crimes he committed in DR Congo and like in Burundi he has been abuzz lying that he is going to construct roads there to ease trade, a lie no one would buy, not even a toddler. 

Believe despot Museveni’s lies at your own peril, like late Milton Obote once said, deceitful Museveni is a pathological liar who only speak the truth by accident.
