Despot Museveni’s plans to destabilize Rwanda were shunned by late Magufuli, here is why!

Did you know inept despot Museveni tried to lure late President Magufuli into plans to destabilize Rwanda, but the later refused categorically prompting the ousting of FDLR and other terror outfits that sought to use Tanzania as a training ground. 

Dictator Museveni plans to destabilize Rwanda started long ago with the support of Seth Sendashonga to overthrow the government in Kigali in 1998, which failed miserably but the epic of his plans started to fail, in 2017. Dictator Museveni then invited late President John Pombe Magufuli at Nakasero to agree on a deal to shield criminals in Burundi and continue plans to unseat government in Kigali, but he got a very big NO as an answer.

Having earlier worked with Magufuli’s predecessor Jakaya Kikwete to equip anti-Rwanda elements in both Tanzania, Burundi and DRC, late President Magufuli assured criminal Museveni that he cannot agree to a plan aiming at covering criminals from being followed by International prosecution. By that he meant genocidaires, late President Pierre Nkurunziza and his collaborators who had committed mass crimes in Burundi and sought a refugee in Uganda when a coup was attempted in 2015. 

Consequently, groups like FDLR and RNC elements had to relocate to Burundi, DRC and Uganda, thus, more openly exposing the bloody
