Photos circulating on social media show inept despot and senile dictator Museveni getting injected with the famous Ugandan COVIDEX, but very many people are wondering whether he will survive its effects, given his current health status. 

The diaper wearing dictator has been advocating for the Ugandan substandard drug COVIDEX, which, he miraculously claims is the ultimate cure for Covid19 and all its variants. This funny invention of drug is neither recognized by the World Health Organization nor by any other credible pharmaceutical company. 

What is strange is the effects the herbal based concoction has had on him as revealed by his skin. The despot is said to have a cocktail of diseases which turned his skin pale, his eyes and ears have swollen with some kind of whitish skin making him look like zombie. You can be sure the ailing criminal – dictator looks to be in his last days. 

It is reported that steroid injected leader of Matooke republic yesterday met a group of cancer experts to deliberate on his state of health which is said to be at terminal stage. The group of doctors who come once a year to check on his state have done nothing else but to squander public funds in the name of treating the ailing despot, Museveni. 

A couple of months ago, the dictator met another group of conmen disguised as experts on Covid19. A one Sarfaraz Niazi being a professor from Illinois university promised to manufacture a sanitizer that kill Covid19 bacteria instantly and another sort of drug that can kill virus in two weeks. Few months after, the projects became the usual comedy, nothing materialised.
