According to press in Uganda, Makindye magistrates court judge Irene Nambatya has received threatening messages from security operatives linked to SFC calling her to withdraw injunction ordering the unconditional release of Kakwenza Rukirabashaija. 

That is typical of criminal Museveni operations with the support of his unprofessional, illiterate and ruthless security organs, when they want to eliminate a target.

Those privy and close to judge Nambatya say that she received different messages on her mobile phone sent by unknown contacts instructing her to back off the case of Kakwenza Rukirabashaija if ‘she did not wish to face reprisals’. 

“Do not cross the line. You should stay in your lane,” one of the messages from an anonymous source believed to an SFC goon reads. “We ask your honourable court not to contest the detention of this suspect,” reads another bit of the message.

A reminder that in 2015, late Joan Kagezi, who was a prosecutor lead in a case implicating despot Museveni and his cronies, was shot point blank by assailants who have been sent from SFC. Before her death she is said to have been threathened several times by unknown thugs. 

Few days ago the judge Nambatya issued an injunction directing the police to immediately release the celebrated writer Kakwenza Rukirabashaija who has been under custody but the bullish unprofessional police are yet to adhere to that ruling. 

If we say that Uganda under criminal and arm rotting dictator Museveni became a junkyard of impunity and lawless, that is what exactly it means. 48 hours after his abduction, Kakwenza, has never appeared in courts, his lawyer stated that he has severely been tortured and needs medical attention.
