The tyrant of the Matooke Republic Yoweri Museveni grew up as an ardent fan of Mao Zedong and his theory of protracted warfare, commonly known as “people’s war.” What is laughable is how he thought he could apply that theory in his highly hostile stance against Rwanda, through use of quislings like Kayumba Nyamwasa and his RNC. Inevitably, their criminal enterprise went nowhere. It instead crumbled before his eyes. 

Inept Museveni has been waging an undeclared war against Rwanda since immediately after the Rwandese Patriotic Front/Army defeated the genocidal government in Rwanda and liberated the country in 1994. Museveni has employed all his available options, namely military, economic, diplomatic, and propaganda warfare in his highly misguided and foolish plot to bring about the downfall of Rwanda’s legitimate government. His military’s provocation of Rwanda resulted into three heavy defeats for them.

He partnered with all sorts of Rwandan charlatans, whom he promised to buy arms to topple the Rwanda government. In addition to RNC, Museveni partnered with genocidaire groups like FDLR and RUD-Urunana. His government provided travel documents to the likes of Ignace Murwanashyaka, and a lot of others. He worlds with FLN and with Paul Rusesabagina, and with Victoire Ingabire, and many more. Yet the only thing senile Museveni has succeeded at is failing, spectacularly! 

Poor taxpayers of the Matooke Republic however are always footing the bill for their tyrant’s foolish wild goose chases.

While many wonder what is his end goals since it has all proven futile, it should be noted that the criminal dictator still holds delusions that “he is the master of the region.”

Piece of advice to Museveni and his minions: let him concentrate on being a master of terrorizing the poor, downtrodden denizens of the Matooke Republic.

Rwanda isn’t his class.
