By registering the pseudo “NGO” called Self-Worth Initiative (SWI) to operate in Uganda, even when Kampala had at first pretended to revoke its license to adhere to Luanda MoU, Museveni has for the thousandth time proven what a deceitful, duplicitous fellow he is. Never trust Museveni even one inch! If anyone ever entertained the thought that Museveni wishes to see Rwanda-Uganda normalizing relationships again, see for yourself what he is doing.

SWI is a pseudo NGO that in reality is a front for anti-Rwanda terrorism. It is a facade for the operations of Kayumba Nyamwasa’s RNC in Uganda. SWI carries out its operations with the full facilitation of Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI), setting up cells for recruitment and mobilization in several Ugandan districts, and some refugee camps. It is run by two RNC criminals, Sulah Nuwamanya and Prossy Bonabaana (whom Rwanda demands extradited to answer for several activities of harassment targeting innocent Rwandan nationals in Uganda). Both Nuwamanya and Bonabaana live in a CMI-provided house in the Kampala neighborhood of Mutungo.

The subversive “NGO” has been involved in the abductions of Rwandans – most especially those that declined to join RNC, or to be involved in anti-Rwanda terrorism in any way. Very many Rwandans – the majority who want nothing to do with RNC, either refusing recruitment by SWI, either to join the rebel camps of RNC as fighters, or to contribute funds – have been victimized by criminals Nuwamanya and Bonabaana. 

So, a lot of them have been illegally detained, tortured, and many lost their lives. 

All this is part of senile Museveni’s plot to destabilize Rwanda, which the arm-rotting dictator has been trying for a long time. 

But Kagutema is deceiving only himself, and will only succeed in depleting the poor Matooke Republic’s coffers.

It would be far more advisable to him to heed the provisions of the Luanda MoU, disband SWI, and repatriate RNC agents Nuwamanya and Bonabaana to face accountability for their crimes. 

But inept Museveni isn’t someone to honor agreements. Dishonest and duplicitous is what he is, and has always been.

Of course Rwanda knows him so well.

Senile Museveni may think maneuvers like registering a front for terrorism is very clever, but he and his RNC agents can rest assured such acts are always anticipated.
