Despot Museveni’s senility has gone overboard no doubt, with the most recent childish lies of his propagandists claiming that “Rwanda is sending UPDF military uniform to ADF.” 

With this fabrication it is now easy to predict the impending criminal activities and catastrophe the senile despot plans to unleash on the citizens of eastern DRC. The Congolese however were smart enough to uncover, and expose his moves when they intercepted the SFC uniforms. They were being transported to ADF which in fact is just one of the several proxy terrorist groups senile Museveni controls, to destabilize Congo, and the entire region.

The uniforms were cleared at the Mpondwe border post, on the Ugandan side of the border, only for Congolese customs officials to intercept them. The arm-rotting despot Museveni however later ordered the UPDF to issue its statement to accuse Rwanda, which was so foolish one can only conclude there is severe dementia in Museveni! How could anyone possibly buy that lie (that Ugandan SFC uniforms, cleared by Ugandan customs, in a place that isn’t anywhere near Rwanda, had anything to do with Rwanda!)

Many Congolese had earlier opposed the deployment of UPDF in Congo in the first place, and going by their previous bad experiences with Museveni’s military which stocked instability, and engaged in all kinds of criminality: looting, raping, killing civilians, and the like, no sane Congolese wants UPDF in their country.

In 2005 International Court of Justice ordered the senile despot’s junta to pay DRC US$ 10 billion in damages for UPDF’s five-years of brutal occupation of its eastern regions, and all the aforementioned crimes perpetrated in the period between 1998 and 2003. 

However, the arm-rotting dictator downplayed the court ruling. DRC authorities have since sued, for interest.  

The presence of UPDF in DRC is one of the last moves by the cancerous, arm rotting and senile Museveni to plunder Congo in a bid to enrich himself, service some of his unsustainably heavy debts, and so on; all reasons why in fact Museveni recently invaded DRC, using ADF as a pretext. Poor, long-suffering citizens of the Matooke Republic, long held hostage by senile Museveni, I really pity you who have daily to suffer this despot that is a real cancer of the region!

Claiming that Rwanda Supplies his SFC uniform to ADF (a very incompetent lie indeed!) is not only a sign of Museveni’s rotten system, but it also is a sign of his severe senility. 

The consequences of this will not only catastrophic to the people of Congo, but also put the security of Uganda itself, and the wider region in a very precarious situation.

With Rwanda however, let him stay warned: he will only fail even more miserably than usual in everything he tries – including the lies and misinformation of his propaganda trolls.
