For the past few days after Uganda and Rwanda relations seemed to have moved to a much better place, following a flurry of positive diplomatic activity, one thing has remained unchanging. That is the constant stream of insults directed at my President by a Facebook account under the pseudonym “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere.”

The so-called “Gakwerere” like I argued before, is none other than one Obed Katureebe, and Robert Higiro alias Gasisi, a deserter from the RDF that ran away to join anti-Rwanda terrorist activities.

Both these men work as propaganda operatives for the terrorist RNC of Kayumba Nyamwasa, but get their pay from the government of Museveni. Katureebe in particular has an office right in the headquarters of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).

It is unconscionable that the behavior of these propaganda trolls – of daily attacks, insults, and smears against Rwanda – has continued unabated, when the complete opposite should be happening.

It is even more unconscionable that other Kampala-based propaganda trolls, or RNC operatives are boosting, and supporting the “Gakwerere” Facebook attacks, by disseminating them, commenting under them in support, and similar behavior.

Of these, I need to mention Sulah Nuwamanya, Prossy Bonabaana (both of a pseudo-NGO called Self-Worth Initiative), and Edgar Tabaro, so called RNC lawyer and propagandist.

It is obvious that these groups spread their anti-Rwanda poisons with the full blessing, and support of Museveni.

So let me make it very clear that as a patriotic Rwandan I cannot, and will not allow even one more second these propaganda trolls to abuse, slander, or smear my President without getting similar doses of their own medicine. Even when everyone else prefers to keep quiet about it.

Let me make it even clearer: their patron, Museveni, himself will get a full and equal dose of each insult, stupid name-calling, and so on, that buffoons like Katureebe, “Gasisi”, and all their friends will not dream of hurling at my President again.

That is a promise. Take it from me.
