The senile, arm-rotting Museveni’s reappointment of torturer Abel Kandiho as chief of joint staff of Uganda Police is a clear and deliberate act that fly against the spirit of efforts to restore good relations between Rwand and Uganda.

Senile Museveni, like it has always been argued and demonstrated with evidence, is not a man to stick to his word, and his latest act is just a loud reminder that he is a liar, a master of deceit, and a backstabber. The reaction of his propaganda trolls – the ones like Obed Katureebe and others that run the pseudo Facebook account “Gakwerere” – to the appointment of Kandiho clearly shows Museveni is bent on his usual anti-Rwanda duplicity and criminality. “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” and other goons are jubilating.

They should just come openly out to state Museveni is not prepared to abide by genuine acts of goodwill to restore the two countries’ good neighborly relations. This, in fact, is why propaganda trolls like the “Gakwereres” and Co. are jubilating, because sabotage is what they are intent on, and daily smears and insults against the Rwandan leadership.

Inept Museveni as usual may think he is being clever with his dubious moves, but we Rwandans know him very well, have no doubt about that!

He and his minions must not deceive themselves that their duplicitous, cheap tricks can work against Rwanda.
