Let me ask these buffoons of trolls hiding under the “Gakwerere” pseudonym, specifically a fool called Obed Katureebe at Uganda Communications Commission: you expect to abuse, insult, smear, and call our president names and get away with it? Expect fire! In good amounts moreover.
