Senile, arm-rotting Museveni’s insatiable hunger to destabilize the region has stretched to South Sudan, where the villain is accused of harboring more than 4000 rebels in his refugee camps.

These accusations are adding up to the fact that Uganda had earlier been in the report over double standards and meddling in South Sudan affairs. It has been clear all along that despite its so-called role as “peacemaker” in neighboring South Sudan, Uganda has been among the clandestine suppliers of weapons to both sides of the bloody civil war!

South Sudan has all reasons to decry inept despot Museveni’s presence on its soil, especially with the bad memories of how he assassinated, the gallant son and liberator, John Garang. The story is well-known of how senile Museveni ordered his security operatives to tamper with the instruments of the helicopter (which crashed with Garang on board), killing the liberator of South Sudan.

Many have not forgiven, and will never forgive.

Why doesn’t everyone realise that inept despot Museveni has never wished well for the region? He is a cancerous presence thriving on chaos and civil wars!
