Museveni as a known regional destabilizer is desperately in need of new good diplomatic relations with other countries. The Dictator is trying that by attending a meeting on 12th February, between Heads of State; President Felix Antoine Tshisekedi of the DR Congo, President Faure Gnassingbe of Togo & President Denis Sassou-Nguesso of Congo-Brazaville who hosted “a mini-summit on Regional Peace & Security” in Oyo, Congo Brazzaville.

Of all people, how on earth would Museveni be interested in being part of a regional peace and security of countries outside of the East African Community? He enjoyed interfering in EAC countries businesses that now he is looking for new countries to be friends. He is realizing that his close neighbors have shunned him and he’s left to die alone and useless.

Obed Katureebe aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere should know that his master-Museveni’s desperation can’t change the fact that Senile Museveni was part of the plot to overthrow Tshisekedi. He pretends to be his close supporter but soon, he will lose that friendship too.
