News reaching our desk has it that inept despot Museveni has paid a lot of money to a number of anti-Rwanda elements living in Europe to whip up noises in the name of “demonstration” against Rwanda’s head of state who is in attendance at the Africa-Europe summit taking place in Brussels.

RNC mouthpieces operating under despot Museveni’s command and support, like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, have gone berserk trying to smear the Rwandan President’s invitation to the AU-EU summit, so they are talking up the faux “demonstration” organized by Museveni in a bid to undermine, or smear the visit with propaganda.

On his part, the deceitful ruler of the Matooke Republic, Museveni was not invited at the summit, because he has nothing to offer at the table of reputed good leaders. So he turned jealous of course. His record is that of rigging elections, crushing the opposition, and abusing human rights on top of fostering rampant corruption. Therefore no one likes to invite him at reputable gatherings.

It is not the first time inept despot Museveni paid anti-rwanda elements to smear Rwanda and its leaders. Last December, in videos that went viral on social media, a number of Congolese people in the city of Goma took to the streets claiming “Rwanda had deployed its police force there.” Some people were seen distributing money in the markets, openly calling people to go denounce the Rwandan leadership. It was soon discovered that this was a Museveni-organized ruckus. It was all hot rumors to tarnish and smear Rwanda.

I want to thank EU leaders for not having invited despot Museveni at the AU-EU summit as it shows that finally the world is waking up to this nuisance.
