Museveni’s hostile propaganda targeting eastern Congo continues, despite having been slapped with a $326 Millions fine for interfering, the old despot simply does not seem to learn his lesson. As usual, a few paid trolls Uganda trolls are pushing the hoax that Rwanda is linked to armed militias in the eastern provinces of DR Congo but fact is; it is Uganda that was found guilty by the International Court of Justice!

It is a wolf in sheep’s skin scenario. Museveni bombed, looted and raped in DR Congo to the extent of facing international justice. He is now a convict and has to pay for his crimes against Congolese (Banyamulenge, Bafulero, Hema, Lendu, etc) yet his minions are bribing a few to pin his crime on Rwanda with silly YouTube posts! Why does he take his evidence and fake witnesses to ICJ? Well, his fake witnesses will fool no one in a court of law and that court will probably tell him to pay for his crimes. He should be warned; his cybercrimes (hatespeech, fake news, etc) will not make his crimes in Congo disappear, it will only elongate the list of crimes committed under his dictatorship.
