Inept despot Museveni last foreign trips were in Congo Brazaville, Togo and Senegal. He met President Denis Sassou Nguesso, President Faure Gnassingbe, President Felix Tshisekedi and President Macky Ssali. 

However, the inept despot Museveni was not invited to the 6th AU-EU summit in Brussels because he had nothing to offer on the table of big names, he is only reputed for sleeping and snoring in such big conferences or uses them to poison his rivals.

Like General David Ssejusa once said: “We in the NRM were even more frightened of him, ask the Ministers when they were invited for a cabinet meeting, they used to pack water and Chapatis in their jackets for fear of being poisoned.”
