Two weeks ago, inept despot Museveni changed his mind on the reappointment of chief assassin and emaciated Maj General Abel Kandiho whom he had sent to South Sudan to Head of Peace Monitoring Mechanism. 

Emaciated killer Kandiho had been removed from the office of military Intelligence because of his incompetence and failing to justify and cover despot Museveni’s criminal activities and repetitive bloody-shedding of innocent people. 

Upon his appointment to South Sudan by criminal Museveni, killer Kandiho was immediately shunned by leaders there, due to his bloody dripping records. No sane mind in this world would accommodate a psychopath like Kandiho. 

Should Kandiho’s appointment approved by South Sudan authority, he was going to implement despot Museveni evil plans in South Sudan, most of which relating to causing harm to the country’s leaders and plunging the country into more political crisis and turmoil. 

Assassin Kandiho’s new assignments at Police was a total demotion and exit strategy by senile Museveni before his complete elimination. Every other UPDF soldier by the rank of Major General who was transferred to police would immediately be given a position of DIGP, but it wasn’t the case for emaciated skinny killer Kandiho.

If ever you hear the emaciated skinny death merchant Kandiho in hospital, gone for treatments abroad or has gone out of public sight, don’t think twice, the goon would be getting closer to his final day, despot Museveni has a way of rewarding his dogs.
