Last year, the United States cancelled its observer mission to Ugandan elections citing growing concerns over the credibility of the election pitting tyrant Museveni for his crimes against humanity and abuse of Human rights including abduction, torture and killing of his opponents at a very large scale. This was followed by sanctions slapped on his favorite brutal enforcer, over the same crimes.

Arm-rotting senile Museveni was officially blacklisted by Europe and the United States. They are waiting for that for that golden moment of his fall and they are working steadily towards that.

The homicidal despot of the Matooke Republic is very isolated, to the extent that he cannot address any international platform, even virtually. He is now limited to loitering around a few African countries, begging for favors and seeking recognition. That too will end, because no one wants to be seen with a homicidal maniac rivaling Idi Amin.

Besides, the prostate cancer stricken Museveni has to change diapers frequently, he can’t stand for so long hence another reason why he can’t dare travel long distance and attend high-end events that may require him standing for long.

In the photo below, senile Museveni was pleading with the US Ambassador to Uganda, begging for favors. That won’t cut any ice, he has to know. The evil despot is living on borrowed time. He can try to fake friendship with a superpower, but his 36-year misrule is stalking him.
