Since yesterday, social media has been awash with disturbing images and videos featuring Museveni’s hooded security men kicking a journalist, Lawrence Kittata, straight in the genitals. Kitatta’s offence was that he was covering a demonstration by torture victims at the home of Deputy Speaker Anita Among.

Demonic, sadistic tyrant Museveni long ago turned his Matooke Republic into a treacherous land for journalists. Their rights are brutally violated. They are frequently and deliberately shot at, jailed, and subjected to enforced disappearance, among other forms of repression employed by the security forces of Museveni.

His persecution of journalists is mainly to conceal his atrocities and in so doing, he has legalized, or instituted state brutality, to suit his interests. His security chiefs in the hapless Matooke Republic sadistically and heartlessly claim that the journalists are battered “for their own good!” The senile despot surely has a very strong case to be dragged to an international tribunal!

The dictator hates free media, and only feels better off with dimwitted social media goons and minions like Obed Katureebe aka “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere”, and other trolls who are paid to concoct propaganda and lies.

Dear terrorized, hopeless, and long-suffering slaves in the Matooke Republic as I always tell you, that aging despot that calls himself “old man with a hat” is a curse to humanity.
