Judges at the International Court of Justice recently ruled that Uganda must pay $325 million in reparations to the Democratic Republic of Congo, because Uganda is a war monger in DRC, and a profiteer in the plundering and looting of Congolese territories, most especially the resource-rich Ituri province. The ICJ ruling came at a time when despot Museveni was back in DRC, in the same area and for the same reasons! This senile looting machine never stops!

With the helpless and hapless taxpayers of the Matooke Republic having to suffer with paying off the US$ 325 million to DRC, their tyrant is, very apparently, only bent at perpetrating more crime in DRC; this time slaughtering whole villages of people the better to loot with no interference! What a greedy and heartless tyrant!

DRC lawyers however are unfazed. They are preparing their second case against the looting, greedy despot of the Matooke Republic, and they will file it at the ICJ. This time, witnesses include UNITED NATIONS personnel working for MONUSCO.

They have to stop him, because his motive is to destroy not only Uganda but DRC, and other regional countries to satisfy his insane appetite for the property and wealth of others.
