The other heads of state that attended included President of the DRC Felix Tshisekedi, President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, President of Angola João Lourenço, President of Burundi Evariste Ndayishimiye, and President of Central African Republic Faustin-Archange Touadéra.

But they had to be asking themselves how progress can ever happen, since the inept leader of the Matooke Republic, Kagutema, is an insatiable and greedy war monger! To have someone like this in a a peace and security summit is like having a wolf in a chicken house.

The biggest problem; the biggest stumbling block to regional peace and security is none other than the Ugandan despot. Even a child that was born yesterday knows that! The diaper-wearing tyrant and his endless meddling into the internal affairs of neighboring countries is a curse to all the neighbors! All terror groups operating in DRC, from ADF to M23 receive logistic, military and financial support from Umbwa Kagutema!

One of the reasons these annual conferences are yet to yield noticeable and sustainable solutions to peace in the region of course is because inept despot Museveni can never change, just like a leopard can never change its spots! He should really be questioned why he is always at the center of ruinous conflicts in the region. The current Lendu vs Hema, or Nande conflicts in DRC, and Dinka vs Nuer conflicts in South Sudan, all are a result of the Matooke Republic’s tyrant ceaselessly fanning the flames. For personal gain.
