Prior to invading Ukraine, Russia first conducted military drills around its borderline with Ukraine for weeks, part of which included recon and heavy artillery installations. It also claimed special forces on a mission to fight “terrorists” prior to a full-scale invasion.  

Now, it seems minions of senile, diaper-wearing Museveni have become totally obsessed with the Ukraine war, especially a fool in Kampala called Obed Katureebe, who usually posts under the pseudonym “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere.” This dense troll somehow thinks he will mislead anyone with falsely invoking the Ukrainian situation while claiming “Rwanda is in Congo!”

Yet it is Museveni who has in fact sent his troops to invade Congo, with the total lie of “fighting terrorism.” But Museveni the thief is only after looting Congo, for personal gain, having wrecked the Ugandan economy. Most revealing is the deployment of heavy weaponry: artillery, Sukoi jets, helicopters and so on. All supposedly for the poorly armed, handful of ADF militias? No, that was a false pretext. That was an invasion force!

Let us also remember that it is in fact Museveni that created ADF! Why? For him to always have these exact false pretexts to invade, cause instability, and loot DRC. Even the International Court of Justice indicted the despot of the Matooke Republic, and ordered him to pay bullions for looting and committing human rights atrocities in Congo.

Now, we see the Ugandan dictator trying a “snake’s tongue” approach to DR Congo, whereby on one side he pretends to be bromancing with the DRC government, yet on another side, he is plotting to overrun their country. What a duplicitous and evil schemer Kagutema is! Congolese should stand warned. They should first serious demand that he pay their government the US$ 360 million fine that the ICJ has slapped on him! 

Secondly, the Congolese should borrow a leaf from the Ukrainians, and drive the thieving Kagutema and his troops out of their country, forever!
