Tapped in a web of shame, the RNC facebook platform operating in Uganda has dug up an old tweet quoting Ugandan State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Okello Oryem saying that Uganda needs to come up with a law that would enable the government to treat criminals fleeing from Rwanda as such to facilitate their deportation.

By reproducing Charles Kambanda’s content, the RNC terror cell in Uganda is in a clear panic mode.

What the RNC operatives in Uganda failed to reason out is that Okello’s statement was out-rightly clear; he referred to criminals who flee justice in Rwanda by sneaking into Uganda and establishing bases to attack Rwanda and terror cells like the RNC.

Back in 2005, Rwanda and Uganda signed an extradition treaty that was revised in 2020 during the quadripartite summit and Oryem’s statement implied a ratification of the same instrument. So far, Rwanda has handed over 26 Ugandan criminals arrested on the Rwandan territory back to Uganda including an Interpol wanted Shanita Namuyibwa a.k.a Bad Black, Monica Birungi and  Lilian Kansiime among others. In turn, Rwanda received only 9 fugitives from Uganda including Joel Mutabazi and Jackson Karemera who were working for terrorist Nyamwasa in Uganda and with Oryem’s statement, Uganda is willing to send even more upon ratification of the extradition treaty which will see several members of the RNC terror group operating in Uganda.

In reality, RNC terrorists that have for long been operating under the armpit of Senile Museveni now fear extradition to face justice. Digging up old tweets won’t save them, they are kicks of a dying horse.

Plans for their arrest and extradition are at an advanced stage.
