The wedding of one of Museveni’s out of wedlock children, a little-known daughter, recently further exposed Museveni’s villainous character.

1. The mother of Museveni’s daughter heaped praises on the dictator’s half-brother, who stood in for him to walk the bride down the aisle, because senile Museveni was MIA! It only implies that the latter is a deadbeat father who even delegates his parental responsibilities.
2. Kagutema did not sire that girl with his legally wedded and officially recognized wife. Kagutema, for those that do not know him, has an out-of-control habit of fathering children with even the wives of other men. Sad!
3. Like all tyrants and bullies, Museveni is a coward. His absence at the wedding of his daughter denotes that he fears facing up to his mistakes. Uganda has really suffered.
