UPDF Captain Binasia Olaka, the coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) in Lira City East Division, Lira District, shot himself with the AK47 assigned to him by the army, at his home in Dokolo town council. Binasia, at his 63 years, was still holding the rank of Captain!, which Bahima young boys of 24 to 28 easily get in senile Museveni’s nepotistic regime. Olaka was fed up with Museveni’s tribalist and nepotistic rule, full of favoritism for Bahima, while all other tribes get “byooya bya nswa.”

The 36-m years of the Museveni tyranny have been characterized by unbelievable tribalism, sectarianism, nepotism, corruption and other dangerous vices that have affected many none Bahima soldiers in UPDF, including even a lot of veterans of Museveni’s bush wars. In tyrant Museveni’s UPDF, you can only get good, meaningful, and fast promotion if you are from his Bahima tribe (or if he wants to use you as a sample to disguise his discrimination against non-Bahima!)

You can imagine a captain at the age of 63, how Olaka must have been denied promotion, over and over again. He was among the soldiers who fought for the so-called peace in Uganda, only to see drunkards, corrupt and thieving gunmen get quickly promoted, to Colonels or Brigadiers, to enjoy a luxurious life! What a hopeless Matooke Republic senile Museveni has turned Uganda into!

No wonder Capt. Olaka decided to end his life; the injustice was too much!
