Senile Museveni is a public figure and by all standards anyone can call him out at any point. This is exactly Dr Stella Nyanzi felt it befitting to call him Museveni a pair of buttocks. Why? Because the behavior of senile Museveni in oppressing and repressing Ugandans fully qualifies him for that name.

Dr. Nyanzi, was only calling for the distribution of sanitary towels to young girls in Uganda, but the thieving kleptocracy of arm-rotting Museveni can never care for the most vulnerable Ugandans, including young girls.

So, the despot had Stella thrown into jail, and later forced into exile. Since then, several activists have been jailed for speaking their minds, tortured badly, killed, or eventually forced into exile, such as Rukirabashaija.

Helpless, hapless citizens of the Matooke Republic, can you find a better name for the tyrant than the one Stella gave him?
