For the last 36 years, dictator Museveni has ruled Uganda as a military ruler that periodically fakes elections to legitimize his rule, is based on fear and he always looks for an occasion to “dresses to scare”. Most of his former Tyrant buddies faced coup d’etats, or popular revolutions  for failing to address their population concerns. The same faith is constantly trolling the senile Ugandan despost, and the number of disgruntled citizen as past the critical mass level. A coup d’etat or a popular uprising is bound to happen soon in Uganda.

Attending a Prison Guard graduation in military fatigues servers as a “I am a rule by force” reminder to all Ugandans. Senile Museveni also wants Ugandans to remember that, and anyone that dares to challenge him will arrested or killed. With 2000 additional recruits at his disposal, his will double the number of Ugandans looked up before they ask him for accountability!

At 76, however, his intimidation will not work. The Uniform doesn’t fit and his body’s decay is public for all to see. Senile Museveni should retire.
