Mirroring Dictator Museveni’s usual use of violence and terror, his security officials are killing cattle rustlers from Karamoja, because to a ruthless ruler like Museveni, being a suspect is equivalent to being a criminal. 

Karamoja killings started when dictator Museveni was diverting Ugandans on machete-wielding mobs, the ‘Bijambiya killings’ in Masaka that  he wanted to cover up, because he was driven by tribalism and hate to finish off Baganda who supported NUP presidential candidate Kyagulanyi by massively voting him instead of voting for murderer Museveni who has failed Ugandans for more than 36 years.  

For Museveni, murder, violence and impunity is what defines the Matooke Republic through the ‘shoot and kill’ strategy to legitimize himself by oppressing Ugandans. On top of that, those evildoers who have killed Karamoja suspects will not be held accountable.  

Dear Ugandans, tyrant Museveni is a murderer, which explains the reason killings have been normalized in Uganda. The assassin in chief is not going to stop killing, and his security personnel will do the same on his orders and have the guts to inform the public about the victims-turned suspects whom they killed.
