The so-called “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere,” a Facebook page run by Obed Katureebe, has the audacity to invoke fleeing Ukrainian refugees in Europe, to smear Rwandans, with claims that Rwanda somehow isn’t welcoming of refugees! This is how deranged senile Museveni’s trolls are.

This fool Gakwerere is suggesting refugees in Europe is the fault of Rwanda, or what ?

He then insinuates that the Matooke Republic (which Museveni long ago turned Uganda into) is “great for refugees.” What a laugh!

Rampant corruption, embezzlement of donor funds, and all sorts of cheating are what define Uganda’s refugee program. Hapless, helpless citizens of the Matooke Republic will never forget how Japan, UK, and EU cut off funds to greedy and corrupt tyrant Museveni’s regime due to such acts 3 years ago. They were even inflating numbers of refugees in camps, to con donors for more funds!

More than that, Museveni has turned Ugandan refugee camps into a source of instability for neighbors. For instance South Sudan leaders have raised the complaint that refugee camps in Uganda have become training grounds for anti-Sudan terrorists! The world should do neighboring countries a favor by sanctioning senile Museveni for such criminal behavior.
