Officiating such kind of events gives inept despot Museveni a sense of entitlement and zeal to continue oppress and repress innocent Ugandans for he knows there is enough manpower to execute his repressive strategies. 

In other countries, prisons are correctional and rehabilitation facilities that treat inmates professionally but in criminal Museveni’s junta republic they are torture dungeons and slaughter houses where if one is sent there legally or illegally, there is little chance to survive. A mere remand of 30 days can be your last journey out of this world. 

The just passed prison wardens, according to the bloody dictator do not have to possess any professional skill they should just have a knowledge of how to inflict pain into people. As a matter of fact they learn that from the six months basic training. 

Even worse, criminal tyrant Museveni does not spend in the extension of prison facilities for he wants to make the existing ones as over-crowded as they are. It is part of his modus operandi in the process of mistreating inmates who are mostly political prisoners or conscience prisoners. 

Dear citizens of Matooke Republic, however starving you are, discourage your children to join criminal Museveni recruitment drives either in defense, police or prison forces. Your children will be your own repressors.
