Residents of Gulu district are living in terror after unknown gangs descended on the city and started murdering residents, their main target being motorcycle riders, widely known as bodabodas. This issue is so serious it has been raised in Parliament as a national crisis.

Attacks of this kind happen only on orders of dictator Museveni! The Gulu gang murders are only a series of an episode directed by the despot himself. In August last year, marauding machete-wielding gangs who came to be known as bijjambiya, created by dictator Museveni terrorized Lwengo in Masaka District, killing and crippling people with impunity. Now senile Museveni has created other gangs using the same tactic of sowing terror in Gulu. 

Senile Museveni always wreaks terror in the long-suffering Matooke Republic immediately after elections, to punish regions that vote against him. It is the same terror as that of drones that abduct residents of city suburbs whom the sadistic dictator hates for supporting of the opposition. Gulu is in the firing line now!
