The relationship happened when the president was already married to first lady Janet Kataha that automatically implies he cheated on his wife.  

Most of his affairs with side chicks are public and humiliate the First Lady of Uganda. Before we get into Museveni’s designation of his parenthood responsibility, let us get a stroll back in the history of his bonking spree.  

Right after Uganda fell to Museveni, Janet was living in Nairobi and Museveni was at the State House in Nakasero. He pleasured himself on Winnie Byanyima thoroughly.  

At the beginning of it all, this affair with Winnie was secret, a few of us who were very close to power knew about it. A few who suspected the affair thought we were sneaking in Winnie at night but that was not true. Winnie was staying in the State House master bedroom.  

Things were getting out of hand, Janet wanted to come to Uganda, Museveni didn’t want to, he was gratifyingly enjoying himself inside Winnie.  

This prompted a council of elders and top allies of Museveni represented by late Pecos to call for a meeting that happened in Kajara County, Ntungamo District around mid-June 1987. The meeting resolved to focus on Winnie and drag her out of the State House. That went well and later Janet came to the state house.  

Winnie’s husband, Dr Besigye once told the media that he is aware of Museveni’s affair with his wife (realistically, it is why they fell out. You don’t bang someone’s wife and expect to stay friends). In fact, Andrew Mwenda knows details about this affair, he hinted on it in his 2016 article but shied away from the details. He wrote, and I quote, “But it is also true that in 1986, Byanyima lived in Museveni’s State House as a closet First Lady and also wore military fatigues as a soldier in the NRA”  

Winnie aside, lets get into Senile Museveni’s other bonkmates. 

Museveni’s favorite juicy bunkmate to date is Molly Nawe Kamukama who serves as his personal doctor and as Uganda’s State Minister for Economic Monitoring. This is the only concubine with full access to the State House master bedroom. By the way, Janet doesn’t sleep in the master bedroom!  

It is also worth mentioning Evelyn Anite Kajik who is to date the first and only northerner that arm-rotting Museveni is also bedding. Their affair started in 2015 when Museveni first met her at Gulu state lodge and laid her that same night. The bonking went on and on until when she was rewarded State Minister of Finance for Investment, Privatization.  

Museveni also fathered a son with Amelia Kyambadde. The son (names withheld) got married in 2012 and during the wedding at Museveni attended, he precisely admitted to fathering him. You now know that Museveni concubines end up in the cabinet.  

The list of his girlfriends are endless, there is also Jesca Keigomba of the Mineral Protection Unit, Janet Ayiine and many more. 

He is a man ruled by his flesh; If he failed to respect his martial vows publicly, no one should expect him to respect any oath including the constitution.
