This is just one of hundreds of such incidents that Ugandans who have suffered for decades are very familiar with. The impunity and violence of senile Museveni’s armed and dangerous security forces are things only the almighty can save enslaved Ugandans from.
Parliament condemns this trend, always. But the only thing that happens is things become worse. Now the deputy speaker is calling for a detailed report from the ministry of security detailing all incidents of impunity and violence perpetrated by security forces, so that “measures can be taken.”
This is another joke in the Matooke Republic (to assume parliament can take measures against Museveni’s security forces).
The despot’s army is more in his brutal image, and is untouchable. That’s all.
The reality is that the senile dictator cannot let the army be an independent institution whose sole responsibility is to protect Uganda’s sovereignty. It is despot Museveni’s goal, and his doing, that the army is regarded with fear, and terror by Ugandans.
Helpless, hapless people of the Matooke Republic, the sad news is that your tyrant only laughs with happiness at your tears, and enjoys them a lot.
