Sadistic despot Museveni who was responding to why he tortured novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija, found himself between a rock and a hard place. He knew he was in a fix and, and ridiculously told many sick lies. Surely, which colonialist manhandled, clobbered, and tortured to near-death Kakwenza? Museveni, that’s who! The arm-rotting tyrant is no better than a colonial occupier of Uganda.

If torture in Uganda is done by colonialists, then who is in charge of the Matooke Republic? Didn’t Uganda get independence 60 years ago? Or the bloody dictator is just confirming that he is no better than colonialists? In fact, he is no different from them for he has always treated Ugandans on a master-servant relationship.

Sadistic, deceitful Museveni is the one that’s always praising torture against his opponents. We all remember how he commended his security goons that they had “properly beaten” Bobi Wine in the Arua incident in 2018. The months that followed, Bobi Wine was on clutches and had to seek medical treatment from abroad.
