The anti-Rwanda activities of their master Senile Museveni were the reason of the border closure, and why Ugandans suffered a double lockdown. Desperate Ugandans even took loans, and failed to service them, such as the guy in the video. They are now celebrating to the high heavens, and praising Rwanda for the border opening. They know they owe their wellbeing to Rwanda.
