Long-suffering and enslaved Ugandans watch as everything burns. The dilapidated Katwe police barracks is the latest to burn to ashes after many buildings and numerous schools including, Makerere University went up in flames and there were no fire brigades to put out the fire. 

But when it is a police barracks, it only shows that diaper-wearing despot Museveni cares less even about his attack dogs! They can burn down and the sadistic tyrant isn’t concerned in the smallest way. 

He is most probably happy that such miserable living conditions only trigger his attack dogs into growing more vicious. After subjecting them to harsh conditions they only become more violent against poor Ugandans.
