Definitely these Baganda soldiers found a way of mocking inept despot Museveni in Luganda to ridicule his attempts of calling himself “Ssabalwanyi.” Mind you the word “Kagutema” in Luganda means a person who kills using machetes. 

Sometimes I just grin on how Baganda relieve themselves from the shucklles of repression and oppression by naming this senile arm rotting dictator Museveni.
