The anti-Rwanda elements operating in Uganda; RNC operatives are trying to frustrate the restoration of good relations between Rwanda and Uganda. In so doing they are identifying weak targets, eliminating them, and then blaming Rwanda for the same. It is a calculated smear strategy with the aim to derail normalization of relations between the two countries.

The day before yesterday they targeted an elderly man, one Emmanuel Munyaneza, 69, killed him and their social media accounts then began to blame Rwanda.

Munyaneza was found in his house dead yesterday, March 10, 2022. However, before his death, the RNC propaganda platform on Facebook, Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere had pronounced him dead on 9th March before his actual death. How did they know what no one else knew? It’s because RNC killed the man itself!

It is not surprising that the same RNC is hurling insults at Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for having done his best in bringing about the restoration of relations, and issuing a warning to RNC to stop its anti-Rwanda terrorism from Ugandan soil.

Long suffering Ugandans, only senile Museveni can allow RNC terrorists to work from Kampala while sowing instability in a neighboring state.

Here is the “Gakwerere Network” of these RNC thugs that will fight tooth and nail against peace:

– Obed Katureebe (employed by the Ugandan government – with an office at Uganda Communications Commission – who also is a nephew to RNC co-founder Patrick Karegeya).

– Edgar Muvunyi Tabaro (the “lawyer” and legal advisor of RNC chief terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa. He prides himself in espousing a parmehutu ideology, and calls himself “young Philemon Mateke’)

– Sulah Nuwamanya (The RNC liaison person in Kampala. This particular criminal, a senior member of the so-called RNC Uganda Province, co-runs a fake NGO, Self Worth Initiative, whose real mission is to recruit for RNC terrorism).

– Prossy Bonabaana (She is another RNC recruiter under this SWI – which she co-runs with Nuwamanya. She rarely posts on her social media but is very active in comments where she openly insults, and even recently swore, to “sue Gen. Muhoozi”).
