The list in questioned was initially cooked up by a RNC terrorist branch operating in Uganda dumbed SWI (Self-Worth Initiative) masquerading as a refugee rights organization. The shell organization recruits and fund raises of behalf of the terrorist organization created and coordinated by Senile Museveni’s intelligence services. One Prossy Bonabaana, the director of SWI, used the infamous list in a choreographed anti-Rwanda propaganda. The stunt backfired when the so-called refugees began dying in their militia encampments 7 years later. 

Take one Charles Sibo, declared “kidnapped” in 2012 who was later gunned down in a 2019 raid against RNC militia camps in DRC Congo. Charles Sibo a senior RNC member, was recruited in Uganda taken to DRC to establish a base, he was in company of 400 others. Senile Museveni, and his agent Kayumba Nyamwasa, will one day answer these lives they tricked into joining terrorist groups.  

But most telling, by far, is the list published by Senile Museveni’s inept intelligence operatives, is that they forgot to remove military ranks of their “kidnapped” refugees in 11 cases. Their silly list finds itself with 2 Majors, 4 Captains, 1 Lieutenant and 4 Sergeants; accidentally, they leaked the name of their armed militia – RNC – members. 

It is however to be expected, Senile Museveni’s security is as dysfunctional as his arms. While one arm rots away, the other is busy claiming that all is well. 

They have a name for it, volongoto, only a few will understand.
