Bloodthirsty Museveni must have decided this butcher whom he deployed 6 years ago to massacre innocent Ugandans in Rwenzuru was the right person to “pray.”

Poor people of Matooke Republic, what did you do to deserve this! 

Elwelu is haunted by the ghosts of the people he massacred in kasese. He and his master Museveni will never find peace after those killings, and pretending to pray will only make matters worse!
