The arrests are part of Criminal Museveni’s crackdown in UPDF as he is fearing an eminent coup by some disgruntled officers who just want democratic changes but the greedy dictator has resorted to frame them with theft to divert the public attention. 

If any army officer in the Matooke Republic military junta was to be arrested over theft, the thief-in-chief Gen Museveni would be the first since he is the biggest thief in Uganda’s history. 

Criminal Museveni has been been looting the Matooke Republic, right, left and center. This is how the man brought the country on its knees! He does not care about the consequences of his uncontrolled greed. He grabs everything: resources meant for educating of poor Ugandan kids, and health facilitities among other infrastructure.  

The time is ripe for UPDF to arrest and bring to book senile Museveni.
