The RNC terrorist outfit is entrenched in Kampala, and has persisted in its hostile, anti-Rwanda messaging. While on the surface, some people may be deceived to think that Museveni is willing to mend relations with Rwanda and that the tensions between the two countries are thawing, the reality, on the ground, is different. RNC in Uganda is going nowhere.

It is due to this Museveni-induced confidence that the RNC operatives like RPF Gakwerere, Sulah Nuwamanya, Edgar Muvunyi Tabaro, Prossy Bonabaana, to name but a few, continue to spew hostile messages on their “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” social media, with none-stop smears against Rwanda.

But even as a figure like Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has been trying to foster peaceful relations with Rwanda, as recently as January 22, Museveni’s security agents abducted yet another Rwandan national, a businesswoman that ran a stall at Kampala’s Owino market.

You can be 100 percent sure RNC agents were behind this crime just as much as Museveni was.

Today, as you read this, the only difference is that senile Museveni has ordered the RNC agents in Uganda to keep a very low profile. He knows if they go on with their normal activities – recruiting, or abducting innocent Rwandans – it will openly expose the lie that he wants good relations with Rwanda.

But the sadistic despot that loves to meddle into the affairs of others has not at all given up on his machinations of destabilizing Rwanda. So, his message to the RNC cell in actual sense is “keep a low profile, until I tell you when to restart your activities!”

Only the “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” troll Facebook account remains openly, to keep the anti-Rwanda propaganda and negativity going.

We know these goons and their senile master more than they know themselves.
