Inept despot Museveni’s long-term project to destabilize Rwanda via RNC as a terrorist outfit is so established in Ugandan security forces, it has a strong network within UPDF. The network allows members of the terror organ to operate at ease with military, financial, and logistic support. All under the instructions and the blessings of the highly duplicitous Museveni of course. 

Reliable sources from RNC have disclosed that prior to his appointment to head UPDF contingent in Somalia, Brigadier General Keith Katungi was among key senior officers tasked with facilitating and coordinating RNC operations across the country. Some of the key tasks include facilitating agents with safe transport means, issuance of key documents to ease movements, collect and share relevant intelligence on different operations, coordinate trainings, and cadre-ship among other things. 

We have constantly exposed how people like Sulah Nuwamanya, one of the Kampala agents of RNC, and Prossy Boonabana, Sulah’s concubine, both housed in a safe house somewhere in Mutungo, under a 24hour security details. Such privileges are all well-coordinated by the junta regime through the likes of Brig. Gen. Katungi. 

Katungi is closely answerable to senile Museveni, and undertakes a lot of his dirty dealings. This is the fellow that has taken up brutalizing innocent Rwandans in Uganda!
