Rwandans have been watching Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s commendable efforts to normalize relations between Uganda and Rwanda. What most are waiting for is concrete action on the part of Museveni, beginning with the dismantling of RNC networks still operating with impunity from Ugandan territory.

Imagine how Museveni-paid trolls, who hide under the pseudo “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” Facebook page have continued with their lies, smears, and insults against the Rwandan leadership. The propaganda operation is managed by one Obed Katureebe, a born liar with an office at the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC).

So, how can senile Museveni claim he is restoring good relations? 

Poor, suffering residents of the Matooke Republic, you should never forget that it was Museveni, through his support of terrorist groups like RNC bent on destabilizing Rwanda, who created the problems between the two countries. And you should know that he has done very little (and the positive steps happening are due to the efforts of Muhoozi). 

Therefore senile Museveni, through his continued sponsoring of RNC, whether in South Africa or in Uganda, that is busy sabotaging even the efforts of his own son. What kind of person is this, really? Just a very power thirsty tyrant that feels he should always meddle in the affairs of other countries! 

Well, one can only remind senile Museveni one thing, much as Rwanda has gone out of its way to restore relations, he should never mistake Rwanda’s goodwill for naivety.
